Synopsis Sandy Belle is a Scottish girl who is in love with local nobleman Mark Wellington, who is betrothed to Kitty Shearer, a rich heiress. When Sandy's father, Leslie Christie, falls ill, Sandy Belle discovers that she is in fact adopted. Hoping to find her biological parents, she heads for London. She becomes a junior newapaper reporter, and travels widely in search of clues about her past, while the malign Kitty plots to ruin her life.
In the TVanime, she travels around the U.K. with a photographer assistant in a rather garish motor caravan, having little adventures and interviewing people. The earlier episides have her living in Scotland, in a village.

Review It's quite amusing but nothing special. She has her hair tied up with ribbons and wears cute outfits, usually with pants.
