Synopsis Robot series. Earth is invaded by evil 'Derringer' aliens. They are held at bay by Japanese schoolchildren who have made a war machine that has three combining sub-sections.

Review A fairly old robot series, with a team of characters, and so far as I recollect from seeing 1 episode, it's a space adventure. Unless I've confused it with something else, some parts (school scenes, for example) have settings that differ little from our world.
I'd say it's of no particular distinction.
