Classification -

Synopsis Earth is destroyed by nuclear war and the survivors scratch a living among the ruins. There are several "Fists" - men with superhuman strength - of whom Ken is one. His evil brother Shin is another such. They fight over a woman and Shin wounds Ken's chest with his fingers.

Review Seems to have a similar story to the movie. I haven't seen enough to comment but it's clearly battling superhero stuff (not my cup of tea) and I don't think it's been particularly well received by English-speaking fans. See my review of the movie (in OVA list) for further insight.
