Synopsis Small boy has pedal car that thinks it's a dog.

Review Clearly made for small children. The animation art is immediately recognisable as Japanese in style, but there is nothing particularly Japanese about the main theme. The small boy has a pedal car that bizarrely behaves like a dog. In the italian dub the brat has a whiny voice that within minutes I found thoroughly irritating. In the episode I laped, the boy is taken to see his granny in the mountains, annoying a rather cute little girl who doesn't go, and he whines because he has left Chacha (the pedal-car) behind. The car tries to follow the boy, with results that are comic (if you like this sort of thing).
