Synopsis Sebastian, an orphan boy, befriends a large white Pyrenees mountain dog, Belle (Jolly). They and their minature puppy, Poochie, travel around, befriended by various people and pursued by the fat comic-opera policeman, Garcia, who seems convinced that the big dog is dangerous and that the two have committed some crime that merits their detention.

Review Nicely animated but very U certificate stuff resembling various other old anime set in Europe. Not a must-watch.
