| Synopsis | The first (12 min) episode introduces three sisters, Hieda Kurako,Hieda Yuzu, and Hieda Tama, all shrine maidens, who are expecting the return of a boy, Hiro, whom the middle sister was quite close to at kindergarten age.
The boy is carrying a secret power with him. At the railway station he is ambushed by a demon who wants that power, the eldest and youngest sisters arrive and a battle ensues. The middle sister, Yuzu, makes a crucial intervention by arriving by bicycle and crashing into the demon.
Japanese schoolgirls form a society of Mikos (temple maidens) dedicated to fighting evil, and appear in school dressed in priestess robes. Episodes 3&4 (short) are dedicated mainly to a recruitment drive. |
| Review | It's well and artistically animated, with an original demon and some rather nasty looking slimy things in the station battle, and certainly fun to watch. I don't know if I'd go as far as buying any DVDs though. |
