Synopsis | Another of those what's happening? stories of a post-apocalyptic world in which an orphaned brother and sister are pursued by vicious gangster debt-collectors, because of their father's debt. They get away, partly because their pursuers are hindered by a carful of people with strange kinetic powers. They are sheltered by two young men with strange powers, but when the mansion is attacked, the siblings are captured by another esper group, and taken to see a powerful Countess. |
Review | It's dramatic, and atmospheric, and contains no "humour". Designwise, the dominant colours in the backgrounds are brown and black. The character designs, depending on your taste, are different or just plain awful. Overall, nothing exceptional. |
