Synopsis Jun Nonomiya is a very clever little girl who tinkers with machines and has even invented some robot companions for herself. But the companion she most desires is Rei ("Zero") a biker boy much older than her (18-19). Yoko, another girl in the class, claims to be Rei's fiancee.
Later in the series, with Rei sent off to boarding school in England, the love triangle is ditched and it transforms into a robot comedy based on Jun's inventions.

Review The character designs, robots and motorcycles are just not shoujo stuff for me. (CSP)
The series changes radically in its latter half. This corresponded to a move to a late-morning time slot.
