Synopsis Follows the fortunes of apprentice bounty hunter Iria, hunting the evil Zeiram.
Somewhere in space the starship Karma has been hijacked. Iria accompanies her brother's team on a mission to retrieve the ship and its sinister cargo, but things go badly wrong. The crew seems to be missing. The starship blows up, and Iria finds herself alone on the nearby planet of Taowajan. The nasty Zeiram has also landed on the planet.

Review I bought this; it's quite good, and the heroine sems to be depicted with more depth than usual.
