Synopsis Set in 2025, continues story of Katsumi Liqueur's reluctant induction into the AMP team of demon-hunters.

Review Like the first movie, this is very stylish and atmospheric, but it's a mistake to concentrate so much on Katsumi, who isn't a particularly interesting or sypathetic character. Not that she's dislikeable, but why not more about the other AMP psychics: half-human Rally Cheyenne, the leader, medium Lebia Maverick, Australian cyborg Kiddy Phenil, traditional Japanese mystic Nami Yamigumo, and psychic dispatcher Yuki Saiko.
Unless I've got completely confused, this story also features Yuki Saito out of uniform. She seems a much more likeable girl than Katsumi.
The ambience, with rain-swept streets and hovering vehicles, is definitely Blade Runner.
Katsumi is unwilling to use the magical powers she has inherited from her lost parents, but eventually finds that joining the Lucifer Folk is an even less appealling option.
