Synopsis Erm... There isn't any way to explain this.

Review Crazed almost plot-free animation by the same team who did "Excel Saga", but more rude. One of the minor characters from "Excel Saga" appears in it. The main character seems to be a small girl in a fish-suit which doubles as friend and emergency snacks. She transforms into a sort of superheroine, a rather useless one, I think. There's an ineffectual sentai-style team of women who are supposed to be saving the world.
I can confidently say that if you loved "Excel Saga" you'll love this.
