Synopsis Enjohji Kei is the illegitimate son of a big-wig yakuza oyabun, but was raised largely with very little contact. While in high school, an attempt is made to kill him by running him over(possibly by his own father). Instead, his best friend and lover, SAMEJIMA Ranmaru is hit. At that time a contender for the position of #1 Kendo player in Japan, Ranmaru is lucky just to walk again. The two are settling into life together at college when Kei's younger half- brother, SAGANO Kai, steps onto the stage, to become Kei's rival. (MAK)

Review Animation-wise, this one is a little better rendered than the other-it moves a little more-but the story is still rather unclear. I highly, highly recommend the manga. (MAK) Rating ****
