Synopsis | Brother and sister Takumi and Hazumi are members of the Guards guarding the Gate, which separated for the last 30,000 years the world of the Dark Side from our
world. A few, the Remnants were left behind, and now they are making another attempt to open the Gate and let in their kind.
The Tobaru High School occupies the site of the Gate. The Remnants are led by the Remnant boss Kijima Touta who is infuriated by the memory of his last defeat. Hazumi is one of the most effective guards - unfortunately her fighting style leads to a great deal of collateral damage. The Guards chief tries to get Hazumi to hand over responsibility for the Key after she wrecks a building during a probing attack by Remnants. Her brother Takumi is the Key to the gate, but acording to tradition he is to perform the function of sealing the gate by dying! Remnant attacks and destructive combat ensue. |
Review | Not the greatest ever, but an entertaining series with distinctive character designs, lots of great fight scenes, and, as one might expect with a video release, some naughty bits in the form of Remnant Lady Aoi's sexy attack, and Takumi's girlfriend Hime who is prepared to offer her all to her man. Hazumi lusts after her brother, and in one of the best sequences, she tries to elope with him on a motorcycle while wearing a wedding dress. |
