Fantasy Novel

Notes Adapted from Kotomi Aoki's manga that ran in "Shoujo Comic" magazine. (10 volumes).
OVA, 50 mins
Classification shoujo
Synopsis Yori and his twin sister Iku used to be very close as children. Yori tries to hide his feelings for his sister (with whom he shares a twin-bunk room), till she develops an interest in boys. He sleeps with her best friend. Then he confesses his inappropiate feelings.
Review Lengthy manga condensed into 50 mins. Apparently it's as dire as one might suspect from the full synopsis. Avoid. (GC)

I watched the anime OVA ep and found it completely trite. It would've worked much better as a TV series, but as it was, it just didn't have enough time to do even the minimum required character development before it became utterly predictable (IMO).
Also, while the manga may've run in a shoujo magazine (i don't know one way or another, really), it just didn't feel like shoujo to me. Perhaps it was the severe lack of character development. :/
Just giving everyone a heads-up before they expect too much out of this show.
