Synopsis US edn. Cover
A real kinky porn manga about a sex doctor, his eager assistant and their patients. Intended as comedy.
Review Dr Ogekuri runs the "Ogenki Clinic" (loosely translates as "Feelgood Clinic"), assisted by nurse Ruko Tatase. Their patients have a variety of fetishes and sexual dysfunctions, which the duo generally manage to cure, usually in a rather practical way... The volume is divided into 15 "medical records" each dealing with a different patient. (My favourites are the beach episode (nice art) and the Daicon episode (don't ask).
This manga is overtly horny (I had trouble finding a frame innocent enough to be reproduced on an open access website), and it's also quite funny. If you've seen volume #1, volume 2 does not build on it - it's just more of the same sort of thing. Vol.#2 is if anything more explicit than #1 but not quite so funny.
Perhaps the most interesting part is the appendix, which reveals that in Japan the manga series was adapted into a real live-action porn movie!
All the characters in the manga are consenting adults, and nothing really beyond the pale appears in these pages.
Broad-minded adults should enjoy this, while those averse to sex toys and explicit drawings and language should avoid. Nervous parents and educators should be reassured that even if your teenage son/student does get hold of a copy it's unlikely to have lasting side effects…
